There is a protest going on at the gate of National Assembly. this apparently, is a reaction to the bill being sponsored by Senator Ibn Na Allah of ruling All Progressive Congress. APC
the bill that was targeted at Bloggers, Internet User who may contravene personal freedom of elites, politician. who will at all cause want to shield themselves from public scrutiny.
The undoing of the senate was the speed at which the bill pass through second reading!
whilst i belief there is a need for caution for professional bloggers, face-book users, twitter users, whatsapp users, BBM users, broadcast messages of all forms of social medial or the new media
the Nigeria Senate, should realise power of the social medial considering the active part it took during 2015 general election both during and after the political campaign. the benefit of social media can not be over-emphasized . There is a need to thread softy in order to avoid the like of Arab- spring, the Subsidy remover protest of 2012. A stitch in time, saves nine.
